I’ve used your services when buying my property on the aforementioned address.
I’ve indeed purchased the property a year ago and given that we have some damage on the roof, and I’ve found Peter Tasker (your surveyor) quite accurate in his findings, I was wondering if he would have been available to assess the condition of the current roof (just the roof), taking advantage of the scaffolding present on site. And if yes, at what price.
