I have recently had insurance work carried out to my bathroom which I was not happy with, my insurers and I agreed that for the purpose of resolving the issues the work could be inspected by an independent surveyor.
It took me four phone calls being referred from one firm to another to finally find a surveyor with the necessary specialism for the required inspection. This was the most difficult thing about my entire experience with Adams Chartered Surveyors.

He was very clear about what I could expect and what I could not expect and I felt fully informed and empowered throughout the whole process. I was clearly told what I could and should do and what I was not entitled to do. At every point I was always sure what my legal and practical constraints and rights were as a customer. Mr Tasker’s knowledge and experience in the field seemed flawless and he was always available to address queries or for additional information.
When he was finally misfortunate to have dealings with my insurers who were very discourteous he remained calm and courteous and maintained professionalism at all times. The Quality of his final report was excellent and very thorough, clear and was totally unambiguous. The whole process was painless and more than I could have asked for and their payment methods were simple and straight forward.
The development of their website will now make this firm more accessible to all so that more people will now have the great experience that I have had. I am a totally satisfied customer and would not only recommend them to anyone, I would also use them again myself without hesitation.
