So after some struggle, we have finally managed to negotiate £30,000 off the property! Thanks again for you help on this.
The next step for us is to determine which of the items identified in your budget list we should do immediately and which we can do later on.
It would be extremely helpful if we can have a quick chat with you on Wednesday evening this week to run through this list so that we are clear on the priority items (and also what some of the technical description really mean!).
Would 8.30pm work for you? Otherwise, please let us know what works for you. It might be easiest if you can have the list in front of you when we speak.
